Public Documents Shire of Northam Plan for the Future
The Shire of Northam adopted its 2008-2013 Plan for the future at the Ordinary Meeting of Council on 13 August 2008. The formulation of the Plan is as a result of consultation with Council and residents of the Shire of Northam at the community Meetings held in June 2008 in both Wundowie and Northam. Members of the public may view the Plan by selecting the document below. Copies are also available at the Shire of Northam Administration building at 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam, the Northam Library and the Wundowie Library.

Public Documents Shire of Northam Local Laws
The following Local Laws were adopted by Council at the Ordinary Meeting held on 23 July 2008, with the exception of the Parking & Parking Facilities Local Law 2008 which was adopted by Council at the Ordinary Meeting held on 13 August 2008. All Local Laws with the exception of the Shire of Northam Health Local Law 2008, were Gazetted on the 16 September 2008. The Shire of Northam Health Local Law was Gazetted separately on 10 December 2008.
