UPDATE: May 6th It’s never great to wake up to rain on a festival morning We have spoken to our meteorologist and the conditions for 5pm onwards look much better, with rain easing throughout the day. All our entertainment is booked and en route - live music, carnival rides , roaming entertainment, kids activity zone, food trucks , deserts options, drinks, interactive stalls, meet the pilots and more. Our balloon pilots are in and a glow is still planned for after sunset . If more information comes available we will update our channels immediately. Update 5th May Elevate Festival 2023 We are looking forward to welcoming you to Northam for The Elevate Festival tomorrow - Saturday May 6th at 5pm @ Henry Street Oval. We have over twenty food trucks, hostess-with-the-absolute-mostess the Famous Sharron, live music from Remi Mura and Refractory Road, glow themed amusement rides and activities, roving entertainment, showbags and a chance to meet the pilots. As you are aware the Night Glow component of the Festival is very dependant on weather conditions which can only be determined on the day of the event. Conditions may mean that the full Glow may need to be altered if it is too wet or wind speed is too high. ELEVATE MAP REGISTER FOR ELEVATE TICKETS HERE The Elevate Festival is a unique hot air balloon themed event held in Northam, Australia's premier hot air ballooning destination. The event heralds the start of the 23rd National Ballooning Championships where the skies of Northam will be filled with hot air balloons. This evening event will be held at Henry Street Oval, Northam. It provides interactive opportunities for spectators including unique hot air balloon experiences, live music, food stalls, family entertainment as well as a chance to meet the hot air balloon pilots. Weather permitting, the hot air balloons will be tethered to the ground and inflated at sunset. The balloon burners will be ignited periodically to keep the balloons inflated, creating a spectacular balloon glow display for the audience.
