Free 2-day General DV-alert Northam

Do you work or volunteer in health, allied health, community, higher education or childcare in a frontline capacity supporting the general community?
You may be eligible to attend the free 2-day General DV-alert workshop (eligibility criteria is assessed on enrolment).

During the 2-day course participants will learn how to:
• Recognise the signs of domestic and family violence
• Respond to someone experiencing domestic and family violence and,
• What best practice methods should be used to refer on to the most appropriate support service.

This training is fully funded by the Department of Social Services as a key initiative under the National Plan to Reduce Violence Against Women and their Children 2010-2022.

DV-alert is a program delivered by the Lifeline WA on behalf of Lifeline Australia RTO 88036.
