Enter the Reflective Visions art studio and be guided through a range of activities that combine creative expression with self-awareness to boost mental resilience.

There’s no need to be a creative type because these workshops focus on the process of creativity for self-reflection, not on creating a masterpiece.

Who: For people aged 18+ – no art skills required
When: 12:00-3:30pm, Saturday 18 September 2021
Where: Northam Recreation Centre
Cost: FREE – art materials and afternoon tea provided

About the facilitator: Paul K Davis is a qualified counsellor, educator and registered art therapist with over 20 years of experience working creatively in the community services sector. Reflective Visions is Paul’s mobile counselling and art therapy service.
