The Creative Resilience Free Workshop Series

Past Event

Enter the Reflective Visions mobile art studio and be guided through a range of creative activities to boost your mental resilience. Each workshop combines creative expression with self-awareness and psychoeducational exercises.
You do not need to be “a creative type” as these workshops focus on the process of creativity for self-reflection, not on creating a masterpiece.
This series is proudly supported by the Mental Illness Fellowship of WA (MIFWA), the Shire of Northam and CBH Group and the HMMS Scheme.
For people aged 18 and over, registration is essential. To register contact Paul on 0497 296 169 or email [email protected].
About the facilitator: Paul K Davis is a qualified counsellor, educator and registered art therapist with over 20 years of experience working creatively in the community services sector. Reflective Visions is Paul's mobile counselling and art therapy service.
