The Shire of Northam is currently in a RESTRICTED BURNING PERIOD. All burning activities require a permit and applications will only be accepted from primary producers (Agricultural) only. No single cubic meter burns accepted. For more information and to apply for a permit, click HERE.
The Shire of Northam has developed a Disability Access and Inclusion Plan commonly known as DAIP. The DAIP provides a framework for Council to identify access and inclusion issues and to provide a report on achievements with the actions to Disability Services each year.
Council values your feedback as a community member or visitor, as your experiences in the use of Council facilities, attendance at functions and events are paramount to the ongoing improvement of services, buildings and facilities within our Shire.
