MOBILE COMMUNICATIONS:

Mobile and wi-fi coverage in the Northam Area is somewhat limited. In this Agricultural Region the most reliable reception is with the two major carriers, Telstra and Optus. As the recall procedure and other important information will need to be conveyed by text message, Pilots are advised to research that their mobile phones will operate in the area.
