Northam Bilya Festival

The Festival takes place on Minson Avenue in the front of the Bilya Koort Boodja Centre each year as part of the Avon Descent Festival in August.

The event is real community favourite and draws on local businesses, community groups and volunteers to make happen each year. Some of the highlights include:

The Northam Bilya Festival is a unique way to highlight the importance of the River in cultural terms as well as celebrating the start of one of Australia’s most exciting events.
