Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Northam has prepared the above-mentioned Local Planning Scheme Amendment.
The purpose of the proposed Amendment is to recode part of Lot 23 (#9) Jessup Terrace, Northam from “Residential R15” to “Residential R15/30”.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the Local Planning Scheme Amendment have been deposited at the Council Administration Office, 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including Wednesday 13th September 2017.
