LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 6

AMENDMENTS TO THE HERITAGE LIST

Notice is hereby given for public information that the Shire of Northam, at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on the 17th August 2022, resolved to adopt amendments to the Heritage List in accordance with the provisions of Local Planning Scheme No 6.

The amended Heritage List includes an additional 27 properties identified as having local significance and warranting inclusion following a recent review of the current List and Local Heritage Survey.

A copy of the amended Heritage List, accompanying information sheet and draft Place Records can be viewed on the Shire of Northam’s website at https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/develop-build/planning/heritage-information-resources.aspx.
