Council appoints new Chief Executive Officer
The Shire of Northam is pleased to announce it will welcome Debbie Terelinck as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Ms Terelinck brings over 25 years’ local government experience, including 8 years in executive leadership roles at the Cities of Subiaco and Wanneroo.
Ms Terelinck said “I am delighted that I will be joining the Shire of Northam as the new Chief Executive Officer. I am very much looking forward to working with the Council, staff and community to achieve the aspirations and desired outcomes in the Council Plan.”
Shire President, Christopher Antonio said Council was pleased to offer Ms Terelinck the position and is confident she will be able to assist Council in achieving their strategic objectives.
“Council and I are proud to welcome Ms Terelinck to the Shire of Northam. Ms Terelinck’s track record as a successful executive leader, with a strong focus in community services, will provide the Shire with continued stability and confidence as it continues to grow”.
Debbie will commence on Monday, 16 October 2023.
