As part of the Shire’s commitment to “green” the urban environment, we will be giving away a selection of native species to landowners within the Shire of Northam. This program is designed to cater to the smaller landowners within the Shire, providing residents with the opportunity to select up to five free native tube stock plants to plant in their garden. The plants available include ground covers, shrubs and small trees which are all suitable for residential properties and have been specifically selected to cater for local growing conditions.
The program will be run on a first come first served basis, so get in quick to take advantage of the giveaway.
