The requirements for what is required to be listed on your plans when submitting a Building Permit Application to the Shire of Northam is as follows. Each type of plan has specific requirements, as outlined below:
Stormwater plans can be submitted with your Building Permit Application where they will be sent off to our Engineering Department for review during the assessment process. Please refer to the Lodging a Building Permit Application page for more information on submitting your application.
