Cancellation of Permits to Burn

Due to forecasted weather conditions The Shire of Northam Chief Bush Fire Control Officer has declared a Prohibition of burning under Section 46 of the Bush Fires Act.

Effective from 11 am Thursday 26 March 2026 to 0600hrs, Monday 30 March 2026.

All current burning permits are suspended during this time and burning is not permitted.
