NOTICE OF GOVERNMENT GAZETTE - LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT NO. 21

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Northam Local Planning Scheme Amendment 21 on 5 November 2025 as attached.
Plans and documents setting out and explaining the scheme amendment are available on the Shire of Northam’s website at https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/consultations/community/ .

A hard copy is also available for inspection at the Shire’s Administration Office, 395 Fitzgerald Street East, Northam, during business hours.
