place in the Shire of Northam Council Chambers, 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam

• Swearing in New Council Members and Declaration to Office
• 9.1 - Election of Deputy Shire President
• 9.2 - Allotment of Positions at the Council Table
• 9.3 - Establishment of the Audit, Risk and Improvement Committee
and Appointment of Committee Members
• 9.4 - Establishment of the Chief Executive Officer Review Committee
and Appointment of Committee Members
• 9.5 - Establishment of the Community Grants Assessment Committee
and Appointment of Committee Members
• 9.6 - Delegates or Representatives to Community Based and External
Committees / Groups
• 9.7 - Appointment to Shire of Northam Advisory Groups
