Notice of Intent to Dispose of Land
The Shire of Northam gives public notice of its intent to dispose of the following land, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
The Shire intends to dispose of the abovementioned land to Perdaman Commercial Property Holdings Pty Ltd for the disposal price of $100,000 plus GST which is in accordance with the market valuation undertaken by the Valuer General in January 2017.
Submissions about this proposed disposition can be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401 by Monday, 20 February 2017.
