NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
The Shire of Northam has received an application to use and/or develop land for the following purpose and public comments are invited:
Location:
Lot 50, 175 Yilgarn Avenue, Malabaine
Proposal:
Proposal of a new venue base at Northam Racecourse to hold khanacross and grass-roots motorsports events. These events will be ran at a minimum of six (6) events per annum.

Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the Shire in writing on or before the 9th day of June 2022.
