Proposal to Dispose of Property (Closed)


The Shire of Northam intends to combine hangar site 13 & 14  for private aircraft hangar space at 105 Withers Street Northam to the following person:

Lot 13  is currently leased by Mr & Mrs Lawrence who wish to combine with Hangar Site 14 for a period of 11 years with a combined market value of $58,000 for the consideration of $1377.58  lease fees, being a minimum of 2% rental on market value per annum plus Shire rates per annum.

Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal. Submissions should be made to The Shire of Northam PO Box 613 Northam WA 6401 and be received by no later than 2 August 2019.
