The Shire of Northam has been operating a Community Transport Trial from Wundowie to Northam (via Bakers Hill and Clackline). The trial period is set to end, with the last service to operate on Thursday 22 August 2019. The trial was made possible with funding from the Department of Communities.
The service was developed to assist residents in these communities, particularly seniors, to access services not available where they live, but that are available in Northam. The service originally operated twice per week, but following a mid-trial review was reduced to once per week, running on a Thursday.
A comprehensive review will be undertaken to determine the future of the service. Your feedback in relation to the Wundowie to Northam Community Transport Trial is highly valued. Please take the short survey here or send your comments to Jaime by email [email protected] or call 0407 088 183.
