NOTICE OF GOVERNMENT GAZETTE - SHIRE OF NORTHAM LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 6 – SCHEME AMENDMENT NO. 20

APPROVED LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME AMENDMENT – SHIRE OF NORTHAM

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Northam Local Planning Scheme Amendment 20 on 5 November 2025for the purpose of:
Reclassifying part Lot 600 on Deposited Plan 427356 (known as 185 Wellington Street West, Northam) from “Public Purposes – Church” to “Residential” zone R30 and to include ‘tourist accommodation’ as an additional use.
