The Shire of Northam is planning for the future to meet local community needs. You are invited to complete this scorecard to rate local services, facilities and programs in your area.
All residents aged 18 years or older are invited to take part. Please submit one response per person at www.catalyse.com.au/studies or by reply paid post by 26 July 2019.The study is being managed by CATALYSE® Pty Ltd, an independent company.
