At the 16 November 2016 Ordinary Council meeting the Council passed the motion for the Shire of Northam to complete a periodic review eleven Local Laws in line with Section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995.
A copy of the following Local Laws may be inspected or obtained at the Shire Office, the Northam and Wundowie Libraries, or below:
Submission about the Local Laws may be made to the Shire prior to 2 June 2016.
All submissions should be made in writing to the Shire of Northam's Chief Executive Officer Jason Whiteaker, PO Box 613, Northam.
