The Shire of Northam gives notice of its intent to dispose of Northam Airfield Hangar Sites 40 & 41 by lease in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995 to Future Design Holdings Pty Ltd.
The disposal price is $6.00 per square metre, per annum which is consistent with the rental rate set by Council on 20 July 2022.
Written submissions in relation to the proposed disposal may be lodged until 5:00pm on 21 February 2024.
Submissions should be marked “Disposal of Hangar 40 & 41” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam, WA 6401 or emailed to [email protected].
