NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

EXPANSION OF OPERATIONS - HORTON ROAD, WOOTTATING

Notice is hereby given for public information and comment that the Shire of Northam has received a development application for a proposed for expanding the operations, increasing the volume of liquid & organic materials that can be received and processed and to allow for the receival and processing of FOGO (food organics & garden organics) materials  at Lot 13 (324) Horton Road, Woottating.

Details of the proposal are available on the Shire’s website in the ‘Out for Comment’ section at https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/your-say-northam and will be available until Friday, 9^th December 2022.

Written submissions in respect of the proposal should be made and received by the Shire of Northam by 4.00pm on Friday, 9^th December 2022. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to [email protected].
