Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Northam has prepared the above-mentioned Local Planning Scheme Amendment.

The purpose of the proposed Amendment is to include a ‘Motor Vehicle, Boat and Caravan Sales & Ancillary Uses Thereto’ land use as an additional use at Lots 3, 4, 5, 340 Peel Terrace, Lot 385 Wellington Street & Portion of Reserve 32053 Elizabeth Place, Northam and amend the Scheme Maps accordingly.

Plans and documents setting out and explaining the local planning scheme amendment have been deposited at the Council office, 395 Fitzgerald Street, Northam and will be open for inspection during office hours up to and including Friday 17th August 2018. Alternatively, a copy of the Scheme Amendment document can be viewed by clicking on the link below.

Amendment No. 13:

Submissions on the Local Planning Scheme Amendment may be made in writing and lodged with the Shire of Northam on or before Friday 17th August 2018.
