Avon Descent 50th Year Anniversary
It’s that time to get your thinking caps on and start brainstorming ideas for your float in the annual Bilya River Festival (Avon Descent) Street Parade!
Taking place on the 11th of August 2023, the Parade always generates a lot of buzz and excitement for both the participants and the viewers alike.
