Membership on Council Committees

The Shire of Northam is seeking expressions of interest from community members to become a community representative on the following Committees;
Community Safety Committee 
• Up to two (2) community representatives.
Nyoongar Cultural Advisory Group
• One representative from each of the following families;
o Ryder
o Garlett
o Stack
o Slater
o McGuire
o Kickett
o Moody
o Davis
• Two other Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Community Representatives
Individuals interested in being considered for one of the positions available should familiarise themselves with the committee's Terms of Reference and submit their interest no later than Thursday, 4th November 2021.
Meetings are held quarterly during business hours, and nominees must be available to attend during the following times:
Community Safety Committee- 11am on Tuesdays
Nyoongar Cultural Advisory Committee- Tuesday or Wednesdays at 3.30pm
