The Shire of Northam gives notice of its intention to dispose of the following land by private treaty in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995:
A portion of Lot 200 Minson Ave Northam approximately 74.5m2 in size and hachured in blue:
The Shire intends to dispose of the abovementioned land to Purslowe Tinetti Funerals to be used in conjunction with Lot 28 Fitzgerald Street, Northam.
The proposed disposal price is $10,000 in accordance with the most recent valuation conducted on 12 November 2020.
Written submissions with respect to the proposed sale may be lodged with the Shire prior to 4:30pm 26 February 2021. Submissions should be marked “Lot 200 Minson Ave Northam” and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613 Northam WA 6401 or emailed to [email protected].
