Notice is hereby given for public information that the Shire of Northam has reviewed its Local Planning Policy No. 3.
Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting held on the 15th of November 2023 resolved to advertise for public comment in accordance with the provisions of Local Planning Scheme No. 6, draft amendments to Local Planning Policy No 3 (LPP3): Small Homes, Transportable, Repurposed and Second-Hand Dwellings.
The proposed amendments will introduce guidance on small home development within the Shire of Northam.
Comments in relation to this Policy will be accepted by the Shire of Northam, in writing, until close of business on 7/12/2023.
