Notice is hereby given for public information and comment that the Shire of Northam has received a development application for the proposed change of use to 30 Oliver Street, Northam to Industry Rural; for the purposes of operating a nut and seed processing and packaging facility.
Details of the proposal are available on the Shire’s website in the ‘Out for Comment’ section at https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/your-say-northam and will be available until 23 November 2021.
Written submissions in respect of the proposal should be made and received by the Shire of Northam by 4.00pm on 23rd November 2021. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to [email protected].
