NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
PROPOSED EXTRACTIVE INDUSTRY – LATERITE GRAVEL
Notice is hereby given for public information and comment that the Shire of Northam has received a development application for a proposed Extractive Industry – Laterite Gravel at Lot 13 (324) Horton Road, Woottating.
Details of the proposal are available on the Shire’s website in the ‘Out for Comment’ section at https://www.northam.wa.gov.au/your-say-northam and will be available until Friday, 30 October 2020.
Written submissions in respect of the proposal should be made and received by the Shire of Northam by 4.00pm on Friday, 30 October 2020. Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam WA 6401. Alternatively, submissions can be emailed to [email protected].
