Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, of receipt of an application seeking to permanently close the following portion of public road:
A 20m wide by 820m long portion of Spencers Brook Road, Warranine is to be permanently closed. The section of road to be closed is proposed to be amalgamated into adjoining Lot 102 Spencers Brook Road, Warranine.

Submissions from the public are sought. Anyone wishing to object to or otherwise comment on the proposal may do so by lodging a written submission, addressed to the undersigned, on or before 25 January, 2018.
