Create 298 is the Shire of Northam co-working space. It is a central working and meeting place that offers individuals the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively in a shared environment. 

Located in Northam’s centre, the space provides a very affordable and flexible opportunity for entrepreneurs to access modern work spaces, communal areas, business networks, internet access and other member services.

What does it cost to use the co-working space? We offer a number of flexible options for people wishing to use the space regularly or impromptu:

Half Day Pass (shared office space for one half day) - $15.50

Day Pass (shared office space for one day) - $32.00

Occasional (shared office space for one day p/w) - $85.00 per month

Regular (shared office space for three days per week) - $250.00 per month

Meeting Room Hire (half day) - $132.00

Meeting Room Hire (full day) - $210.00
