The Shire of Northam wishes to advise that due to improved fire weather conditions the OPEN BURNING PERIOD is now in effect as of 12:00pm on 03 May 2024.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, of the proposed closure of a portion of Clackline-Toodyay Road, Clackline adjoining 190 Clackline-Toodyay Road.
The proposed partial road closure is to rectify old historic encroachments of improvements associated with 190 Clackline-Toodyay Road. A copy of the Council minutes and plans are available on the Shire’s website HERE.
Public comments on the proposal are invited.
Anyone wishing to make a comment on the proposal may do so by lodging a written submission addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam, 6401 or by email to [email protected], on or before close of business on 20 February 2024.
