The Shire of Northam and AVAS are hiding painted and decorated rocks for the Bilya River Festival. Join them at AVAS during the School Holidays to help decorate some rocks for people to find. All ages welcome, this is a free event supported by Bunnings Northam and the Shire of Northam.
