Proposal to Dispose of Property by Lease

The Shire of Northam intends to rent out the following aged persons one bedroom unit:

Unit 2 Kuringal Village, Kuringal Road Wundowie for $210.00 per fortnight with a bond of $420.00.

Eligibility Criteria

1. You must be placed/or already on the Housing Authority or Shire waiting list;
2. Be an Australian Citizen and not own or partly own property or land;
3. Not have cash assets in excess of $80,000;
4. Not have a greater weekly income than $430 for a single person or $670 per week for a couple.

Eligible applicants should make submissions to The Shire of Northam PO Box 613 Northam WA 6401 to be received by no later than 8 August 2022.
