Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 58 of the Land Administration Act 1997, of the proposed closure of Cowan Street, Spencers Brook.
Cowan Street is an unmade road reserve located opposite the intersection of Spencers Brook Road and Spencers Brook-York Road.
Submissions from the public are invited. Anyone wishing to make a comment on the proposal may do so by lodging a written submission, addressed to the undersigned, Shire of Northam, PO Box 613, Northam, 6401 or by email at [email protected], on or before close of business, Friday 9 July 2021.
