The Executive of the Northam RSL have met and discussed the ramifications of the Perth lockdown on our parade.
Because of the interaction of the community with the Metropolitan area we have decided that the risk of encouraging a “Northam Cluster” is too great.
We have made the following changes to our commemorations.
The Vigil – has been cancelled.
Dawn Service – will commence at 6am with an extended wreath laying component.
Participants must social distance and anyone having been in the metro area since 17 April must wear a face mask.
Gunfire breakfast has been cancelled
The Main Parade and Service has been cancelled.
